We're picky about our subcontractors and strive to provide you with assurance that the team we assemble are the best in their respective fields and will bring your project to life.
Communication: We use a variety of tools to keep you and our team in the loop, ranging from a good ole' phone call to the site, to daily logs on Build Book. It’s important to us that everyone involved in your project from our office to the field is informed and up to date. Expect to receive photos from site, notes on progress, and recaps of all decisions that are made that you can access any time, any place, and at your convenience.
Collaboration: Some clients like to be involved in every step of the home building process and some just want it handled by the experts. With our General Contracting team, you get to decide.
